My strength is helping people to find and resolve difficulties in their lives that are causing them distress. This may be through coming to terms with loss, trauma or unresolved issues from the past. These can manifest in our lives in different ways, such as:

stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, difficulties adjusting to change, physical illness, addiction, inability to move on in cases of bereavement, trauma or loss.

I help clients to overcome these difficulties and make positive changes in their lives; providing a safe, calm and supportive environment to do so.

I provide

  • short-term focused therapy for specific issues e.g. work-related difficulties, anxieties or behavioural difficulties
  • long-term therapy for more in depth personal issues
