About Me

Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in the private and not-for-profit sectors supporting people with multiple and complex needs.  I hold a Masters degree in Psychology, as well as a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling.

As an Integrative therapist, I work with you to discover which way of working best suits your needs. I will incorporate a range of techniques to empower you to make the changes you want to see in your life.

People come to see me for a variety of reasons such as feelings of anxiety and depression, work related issues, relationship difficulties, trauma, addiction and abuse. I believe that the mind and body always have the potential to heal in the right conditions, and I am committed to facilitating a therapeutic environment where positive change and healing can occur.

I also hold an additional role where I manage a palliative care service for people experiencing homelessness, providing emotional and therapeutic support for individuals dealing not only with life limiting illness, but trauma, PTSD, abuse, addiction and complex mental health difficulties. I contribute to conferences and deliver training on issues relating to complex needs and life limiting illness.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their code of ethics.
